“The Vale was the most beautiful stay for a bunch of tired mums for our girls weekend. Elizabeth’s hospitality was far above our expectations and The Vale offered us a luxurious rural escape with high quality amenities, appliances, linen & bedding. The fire pit & pizza oven were fantastic. The heated spa was an after dinner favourite with a drink in hand. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal. Every little item you may need has been thought of. Elizabeth’s warm & friendly hospitality & extra little touches throughout the house thoughtful & so very kind. We are already planning our return trip to The Vale. It’s the ultimate relaxation location, private but with a little touch of modern day luxury. Thank you a Elizabeth for being a wonderful host & exceeding all expectations. We cannot wait to come back!”

The grounds were incredibly picturesque, the property itself was huge, clean and far more beautiful then the pictures. We were so sad to leave.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Vale, and couldn't have asked for a better weekend escape! Just a short drive from Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, the property is close to so many stunning beaches and bush walks, and the perfect place to return to after a day of adventuring.
The wood fired pizza oven, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor bath tub were all a massive hit and made for such a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, grounds are perfectly kept and the house has everything you need for a great weekend with friends.
We really didn't want to leave - I can't recommend The Vale more highly for the perfect weekend away in the Byron Hinterland.”
